When in Hunger...



Create a snack! That's what I did. I wanted something healthy, yet sweet and satisfying. The result? A wonderful creation that did all of that! Just slice up whatever fruit you have on hand and sprinkle with almonds [I used whole ones, but sliced ones are just as good]. In a separate bowl, microwave leftover cake pieces with some honey til warm, about 30 seconds, and drizzle over fruit mixture.

You will not be disappointed.
